Thanks to Ms. Fujita 's course, we learned how to acquire knowledge with fun. Our project was done through common efforts from all group members. We tried to have a general design first and finally finished it with cooperation. Each of us needed to focus on some topics of this poster. As a result, we remembered different parts of the brain and their functions.

Studying used to be boring. Is this the destiny of students? Suffering from reading books, taking notes and listening to lecture. However, “time has changed, Gul'dan”. Thanks to Ms Fujita. We will never be slaves of studying again! Studying can be fun! We will be conquerors!

In order to let us know better on our brain’s structure, our biology teacher let us create a poster by using our own pictures with the brain as an example so that we can label the structure on our selfie, which is very interesting and a vivid way for us to memorize and learn the brain’s structure. After finishing the poster, our teacher also asked us to discuss with others to reinforce our knowledge of the brain’s structure and functions.

This is a representation of Leo's brain. It has every parts of the actual brain, their functions and the possible reactions once Leo losses some parts of it. Everything is clear and very suitable being a review and reference.

We made posters that correlated to the actions of the chosen classmate in each group with parts of their brain. With a picture or drawing of our classmates, our challenge was to create a poster that was aesthetically pleasing, humorous (school-appropriate), and accurate in content. Major brain structures and areas including thalamus, pituitary gland, medulla oblongata, et cetera, were included with the causes and effects of their malfunctions. This is an ordinary lesson of CQSS that strives to focus on both knowledge and applications.

When we were told to make a poster about different parts of one group member's brain, we tried to find creative ways to make our poster interesting, So we chose black as background colour and used white pens to write. We cut some components that we needed in different colours, stuck them on our poster, researched the functions of different structures and summarized in our own words. We are satisfied with our work because it shows the knowledge of the human brain clearly, and we can use it to review in the future.
